The Santa Clara Art & Wine Festival is an annual community event to raise money for local community groups and nonprofits. This FREE family event features over 170 artists and craft vendors, delicious food, live entertainment, premium wines and micro-brewed beer. 

Mark your calendars for the City of South San Francisco Parks and Recreation Department’s annual Concert in the Park on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Orange Memorial Park. 

As the City’s largest annual community event, Concert in the Park brings together thousands of residents and visitors for an unforgettable day of live music, delicious food, family-friendly activities, community vendors, and more. 

This year’s celebration will feature an enhanced experience made possible through the generous support of Genentech, which is commemorating their 50th anniversary and longstanding partnership with the South San Francisco community.

Held at the Esplanade Park Bandstand, in the heart of Capitola, right on the beach, this is a place that is near and dear to our hearts! Grab dinner at a local spot and come join the party on the dance floor. Bring layers!

A rare public Saturday show for us! Come on out! All ages show!

Free and open to the public. Food and beverages are permitted, and guests are encouraged to bring blankets and/or chairs to sit on, as well as layered clothing in case the evening gets cool.  

The concerts are held at the beautiful Burton Park at 900 Chestnut Street. For the best concert experience, be sure to bring a blanket or chair (and even a picnic!). Beer, wine, and other beverages are sold onsite by the Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos. Music in the Park concerts bring the community together to enjoy the summer weather, great music and the outdoors. These events are free to the public and sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Foundation of San Carlos.

The Walnut Creek Art & Wine Festival has attracted a broad and loyal audience for 42 years. Fun for the entire family, the annual kick-off to the summer festival draws 30,000 + attendees from all over the Bay Area. Festival goers fill the park to enjoy arts and crafts and commercial vendor booths, festival foods, a wide range of wines, a craft beer garden, continuous live music, Kids ' Zone & children’s activities, and more in a beautiful park setting in Walnut Creek.

Then you’ll hear an inspiring presentation highlighting our new 5-Year Strategic Plan; feast on a special culinary experience from Chef Ryan Scott, the Emmy Award–winning chef, restaurateur and television personality known for his vibrant flavors and engaging style; tuck into a cheese service while bidding on a high-energy live auction hosted by celebrity auctioneer Chad Carvey; compete in one more fast-paced auction, or “Dessert Frenzy”, for some tempting treats; then you’ll dance the night away with Mercy & the Heartbeats, a beloved Bay Area band.
